Nobleo Technology takes over RUVU Robotics

As of January 1, 2022, Eindhoven-based Nobleo Technology acquired RUVU Robotics. By taking over this specialist in mobile robotics from Best, the engineering firm made another step in fulfilling its national and international growth ambition. On Wednesday 24 November 2021, the agreement between the two companies was signed.

Nobleo Technology is a rapidly growing engineering firm with 95 employees, specialized in the field of autonomous intelligent systems. Gerrit Dijkhoff, CEO explains: “It is our ambition to be a leader in the field of autonomous and intelligent systems. Within our organization we distinguish three pillars: autonomy, intelligent systems, and high-tech systems. With the acquisition of RUVU Robotics, we are strengthening the autonomy pillar.”

In the field of autonomy, Nobleo focuses on the domains of industrial inspection and cleaning, agriculture, and logistics. Rob Hendrikx, COO: “Our proposition is to replace the dirty, dull and dangerous work – our three Ds – within these domains by providing autonomous solutions.”

Autonomous solutions

Rokus Ottervanger, founder of RUVU Robotics: “RUVU Robotics has a lot of experience within the logistics market. With the acquisition, we are adding this experience to the palette of Nobleo Technology.” The acquisition enables Nobleo Technology to shape and accelerate its ambitions in the field of autonomy.
