Nobleo Technology was founded in 2011 as a mechatronic knowledge house by Gerrit Dijkhoff and Frank Sperling.

At the start of May 2011, the first timesheet is a fact! Commencing the journey with this milestone. And the growth continues this year, by the end of 2011, eight Nobleans joined the team.
A year set for fruitful outcomes! We are positioning our signature into the market known as the house of knowledge in mechatronics. This involves everything based on ‘science of controlled motion’. The aim is to empower and support future talents.
Nobleo Technology is also one of the early sponsors of the TU/e student team Stella, formerly known as the Dutch start-up, Lightyear.
Nobleo Technology expands its growth with more than 25 Nobleans on board by the end of 2013.
Nobleo Technology slowly gains more prominence in the market. The independent competence, Embedded Software, is born. But the ambition reaches further, beside the secondment it is the goal to establish an engineering firm with its own responsibility for system-design and in-house projects. The hunt for the perfect homebase continues and is found in Eindhoven with a lab and office under the same roof.
The people behind Nobleo Technology are the main driving force. From day one the family spirit resonates through the team. Playing a big role in this, is the organization of several connecting experiences, such as a wonderful trip to Rome.
The mark of a first lustrum! Together with our loyal customers we celebrated this big milestone with a joyful event at the Parktheater in Eindhoven.
Besides consultancy services, Nobleo also started to provide customer projects with result commitment in 2017. In this same year Nobleo relocated to a new homebase, the Petrakerk in Eindhoven. The ideal mix of history, space, ambiance, and place. The building was fully stripped and redecorated in a modern industrial style.
The main concept, Smart Mechatronics is divided into three business areas: 1. Autonomous. 2. Intelligent. 3. Systems.
Autonomous: transforming human-operated vehicles into fully autonomous robots that take over dirty, dull, and dangerous jobs. Intelligent: embedded and artificial solutions helping humans to make smart decisions. Systems: to create effective and efficient machines.
In 2020 the board of Nobleo Technology gets reinforced by Rob Hendrikx as Managing Director.
In 2021 we have been added to the list of top 50 engineering firms in the Netherlands. In this year we also celebrated our ten years anniversary together with our team in Greece. Five days full of sun, pleasure, sea, and culture.
Nowadays, we’re a full-grown engineering firm with more than 100 employees, an international family of engineering wizards with the same mission in mind. Everything we need is under our roof. Ideas can be designed, prototyped, and tested in one cycle, helping our clients move fast forward. It’s not our ambition to be the biggest, but we do strive to be the smartest.
