Official Kick-off of Our Battery Management System (BMS) Project
On October 7, we welcomed Stimulus and our consortium partners to Nobleo in Eindhoven for the official kick-off of our Battery Management System (BMS) project. This milestone marks an important step in our collaboration to accelerate the electrification of construction machinery and other off-highway vehicles.
Developing Smarter Battery Management Systems
Together with seven consortium partners, we’re developing a modular and scalable Battery Management System (BMS) for electric machines such as excavators, wheel loaders, and lawn mowers.
The system is designed to improve battery performance, safety, and efficiency, supporting the transition towards electric machinery. Our goal is to contribute to cleaner, quieter cities and a more sustainable future.
A Three-Year Collaboration
Nobleo is proud to lead this three-year project, supported by the OPZuid subsidy programme.
During the official kick-off meeting, Nobleo presented the project objectives and scope, while Stimulus provided guidance on project reporting and financial requirements.
The meeting was a great opportunity to bring all partners together, celebrate this milestone, and discuss the next steps.
Working Together Towards Cleaner Cities
We look forward to continuing this collaboration with our seven consortium partners: TNO, TOBROCO Development B.V., FPS-Machines B.V., Hanenberg Wegenbouw B.V., Plantenkwekerij Joost Sterke BV, Rombouts Grondwerken, and J. van Esch BV.
We would also like to thank Stimulus Programmamanagement for its support and guidance.
This project is co-financed by the European Union.
