Automated visual inspection

Detect anomalies and defects, prioritise relevant findings and translate images into consistent quality information. NoblAI can support solutions such as defect maps, heat maps and automated inspection reports. 

 

The Photonic Visual Inspection Tool demonstrates this approach in practice: AI-based inspection is combined with design information, defect categorisation, visualisation and annotation feedback to inspect photonic wafers.  

High-tech equipment

Deploy machine-vision algorithms directly within high-tech systems or on edge-processing devices. The framework supports integration with sensors, image-processing pipelines and existing machine architectures. 

Robotics and autonomous systems
