Are you an experienced engineer looking to apply your expertise while mentoring the next generation? We are looking for Medior Engineers in Systems & Control to join various teams at a leading client. In this role, you will contribute to complex technical projects while guiding and supporting junior engineers.

As a Medior Engineer Systems & Control, you will play a key role in the development of advanced mechatronic and software-driven systems. You will take responsibility for both technical challenges and the professional growth of junior engineers, helping them develop their skills and ensuring high-quality output.
Working in dynamic teams, you will contribute to high-tech semiconductor projects within a V-cycle product development environment. You will collaborate closely with software engineers and other disciplines to create innovative solutions.
Your responsibilities
- Translating system requirements into clear control objectives.
- Designing and analysing control strategies for complex technical systems.
- Modelling and understanding system behaviour to support design decisions.
- Contributing to integration, testing and verification throughout the development cycle.
- Working closely with engineers from different disciplines.
- Documenting technical work and key design choices.
- Taking ownership of assigned engineering tasks and delivering them with care.
What do we expect from you?
- A TU or HBO degree in Systems & Control or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant technical environment (high-tech, aerospace or automotive)
- Proficiency in Matlab Simulink, Stateflow and Python
- Knowledge of V-cycle product development
- A passion for mentoring and talent development
- Experience in dynamic teams and stakeholder management
- A proactive and collaborative mindset
