“I wanted to look around first and try different things to find out what suits me best,” says mechanical engineer Jasper Verhoeven
With a dual master’s in Mechanical Engineering and Nuclear Fusion, he joined Nobleo’s consultancy programme to explore various industries, technologies and roles. Seven years, countless challenges, and one continuous drive to grow; that’s how Jasper describes his journey as an engineering consultant.
That curiosity led him from the high-tech world of lithography systems to designing a groundbreaking medical isotopes production facility. “We developed experimental setups, simulations, and designs for an entirely new approach. It required pioneering solutions across multiple domains simultaneously.”
Now a team lead, Jasper mentors junior colleagues and continues to shape his path.
