Talking autonomous robotics with future engineers 🤖 | Robotics and automation

Yesterday we were present at the Study Association for Mechanical Engineering Simon Stevin symposium, themed Robotics and Automation.
On our stand at the Philips Stadion, we engaged with a new generation of engineers about how autonomous systems can contribute to a more sustainable future.

Tim Clephas give a presentation of our work on autonomous tractors. Not as a vision, but as a working prototype already active in the field. The project focused on reducing soil compaction by deploying lighter, autonomous vehicles. Using a modular robot platform with precision control and sensor-based navigation, it supports more sustainable farming practices, with benefits for both soil health and efficiency in the field.

This is one of the ways we apply our autonomous robot expertise to relieve our clients of dangerous, dull and dirty work.
