About the role

As a Project Manager Mechatronics at Nobleo, you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-tech development projects, guiding them from the initial proposal and setup phases through to full implementation. This includes managing a diverse range of projects, from proof-of-concept designs to fully industrialised solutions developed in collaboration with our network partners.
Your expertise will help clients create state-of-the-art products that shape society, humanity and the economy. Your responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate design teams to achieve project milestones.
• Act as the main contact between customers, internal teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee project scope, planning, budgets and risk management.
• Address change requests and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities to expand partnerships.
• Ensure projects meet technical and quality standards.

What we’re looking for

As a Project Manager Mechatronics you have a strong mix of technical, organizational and interpersonal skills. Specifically, you have:
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering or similar.
• 5–10 years of experience managing high-tech development projects.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• The ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain clear communication.
• A structured approach to meticulous project planning and delivery.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on fostering innovation and collaboration.
