A group leader who makes the difference, both in terms of technical content and in leading a group of technical specialists.
As a group leader, you are primarily responsible for the proper functioning of the group in the broadest sense, including quality, processes, personnel and work productivity. The department consists of 15-20 capable and well-trained mechanical, mechatronics and electronics engineers. You facilitate their (further) development while ensuring that the team has the necessary competencies. To safeguard that we ‘do the right things right’ you manage continuous improvement and adherence to development processes. You also ensure your team is equipped with state-of-the-art tooling. In addition to developing, coaching and assessing your people, you assign employees to projects, monitor their contributions and take responsibility for the quality and efficiency of their work.
