Getting to know yourself to grow together!

The principle is simple: the more aware you are of your patterns and blind spots, the better you show up in your team. First, we each take a test to find our type and that’s just the start. In small groups, people with the same type share how they experience things, what energises them, what stresses them out and how they like to communicate. Together, they create their own guide “How to work with someone like me” and share it with the workshop group. Not to label or stereotype, but to build stronger connections and a bit more understanding with one another!

We’re not doing this for fun, although it is fun. We do it because real collaboration starts with self-awareness. Strong teams are built on people who know themselves!
