From Flipcharts…to Farmyards and Bows…

This summer our teams came together during their own team days. In the mornings we focused on strategy and vision: sharing plans, sharpening ideas and aligning our course. Afterwards, we made room for fun activities that challenged us in very different ways!

One team explored whether farm life could ever be an alternative to engineering, while another put their precision to the test with archery. We could not capture all activities, but rest assured: every team had its own adventure! Bringing new experiences, a lot of fun and a stronger sense of unity.
