About the Role

As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-tech development projects. Under the guidance of senior colleagues, you’ll contribute to every stage of the project lifecycle, from initial setup to implementation. You’ll be involved in managing a variety of projects, ranging from proof-of-concept designs to industrialised solutions developed in collaboration with our network partners.

Your Responsibilities

• Guiding and motivating design teams to meet project objectives.
• Support communication between customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Lead project scope definition, planning, and risk management.
• Address change requests and help maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to grow partnerships and contribute to business development.
• Ensure adherence to technical and quality standards in project delivery.

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking a junior professional with a combination of technical knowledge, organizational aptitude, and strong interpersonal skills. Ideally, you bring:
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 0- 5 years of experience in project management or relevant high-tech development roles.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A structured and detail-oriented approach to planning and execution.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation.
