Our Autonomous Solutions team helps our clients with various aspects of robot engineering. They transform human-operated vehicles into fully autonomous robots that take over dirty, dull and dangerous jobs.
As a Group Leader Robotics at Nobleo, you’ll play a crucial role in both technical leadership and people management, guiding a team of 12–18 skilled engineers. You will oversee the robotics team’s productivity and development, guiding them in both technical and interpersonal skills. You’ll manage quality standards, drive continuous improvement in processes and tools and align team skills with industry needs. Key tasks include coaching, assigning projects and equipping the team with the latest technology.
As a Group Leader Robotics you have/are:
• A MSc in Robotics, Mechatronics or related discipline
• 10+ years’ experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Coaching, communication and team-building skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Up-to-date knowledge of advanced technologies and development processes
• A customer-driven and proactive mindset
