Autonomous farming insights from Agritechnica 2025

During our visit to AGRITECHNICA we mapped the technological directions that will shape autonomous agricultural machinery in the coming years; from sensing and decision models to the integration with implements.

The event showed a strong market shift towards robotization and smart agriculture in general, particularly in regard to autonomous robotics and vision-based intelligence applications. We saw self driving tractors with whom we have extensive development experience (AgXeed) as well as some new sectors which have suddenly become extremely competitive, such as the laser weed removal platforms.

Conversations with customers, partners and OEMs gave us a clear picture of the challenges they encounter in practice; ranging from performance in unstructured environments to the need for consistent and reproducible decision making at machine level. These insights show where collaborative development has the greatest impact and how our technology can support the machines they are building for the years ahead.

We left the event enthusiastic and confident in the value we bring to the sector. We continue to deepen our contribution to agricultural technology by working with customers on autonomy and intelligence that is demonstrably effective in the field.
