We are looking for a Group Leader Electronics to lead and support a team of 15–20 engineers in our Embedded & Electronics department. You will play a key role in their personal and professional development while ensuring high-quality project delivery and creating value for our clients.
Our electronics engineers support clients across various domains by proposing and implementing tailored, high-quality solutions. The electronics we develop are often central to larger systems, acting as the “heart and brain” of those systems.
To achieve this, our engineers combine deep technical expertise with system design and system-thinking capabilities. Their skills include:
• Diagnostics

As Group Leader Electronics, you will:
• Guide a team of experienced engineers, focusing on their technical and interpersonal growth.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Support internal sales with solution-oriented input and ensure successful project execution.
• Align the team’s skills with industry trends, while ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Implement tools, training, and processes to maintain high standards in project delivery.
As Group Leader Electronics, you are:
• Educated to MSc level in electronics or a related field.
• Experienced, with 10+ years of work in electronics, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Skilled in requirements engineering and system/software architecture.
• Up-to-date with advanced technologies and development processes.
• A strong communicator, coach, and team builder.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
